Beginning in early 2025, I’ve partnered with both the founder & farm manager of a growing Montana farm to strengthen team performance, team collaboration and alignment to mission.

We began by exploring what “purpose” truly means in a seasonal, community-centered environment (using Kotter’s vision principles and case studies like Patagonia) and how to translate that into an everyday experience for employees through feedback mechanisms, connection & learning opportunities.

Created a Mission & Vision Workbook with the founder to refine the farm’s purpose, long-term vision and values, helping to shape a practical framework for employees to understand how their roles connect to the mission.

Introduced simple team rituals

Mapped the foundation of a performance ecosystem: connecting purpose, recognition, clarity and learning rhythms to the realities of farm work.
